One of the best damn live bands hits the stage at Record Bar tonight, hailing from Denver but the stage is their true home. Utterly charismatic in the raunchiest of ways Slim Cessna doesn't leave anyone standing in place. They demand dancing with their sound bringing in elements of roots country possessed by a fury of rock-n-roll and paying a visit to nearly every genre of American music.
We heard this weekend that American Catastrophe has been added to the bill. Not yet listed on the Record Bar sight, it is listed on upcoming shows on the AmCat sight.
